Trust and Security
Built to protect brands, publishers and their data
Here is how we keep traffic clean, payouts fair and information safe.
Trust and Security
How we vet publishers
Every publisher is reviewed before they can promote a brand.
Application review
Every application is read by our team before approval.
Identity and company checks
We check identity or company details, and we may ask for documents.
Website and traffic review
We look at your site or channel, its content and where your traffic comes from.
One account per person or company
Duplicate accounts are not approved.
Offer-level approval
Advertisers can approve or decline publishers for their own offers.
Trust and Security
How we prevent fraud
Several checks work together to keep invalid traffic out.
Click and conversion validation
Each conversion is matched to a unique click ID and checked for invalid or duplicate activity.
Traffic monitoring
We watch for patterns such as click spikes, odd conversion rates and unusual locations.
Clear prohibited methods
Our Program Policies ban fake clicks, cookie stuffing, incentivised traffic where not allowed, misleading ads and unauthorised brand bidding.
Reversals
Commission on invalid or cancelled conversions is reversed.
Consequences
Breaking the rules can lead to withheld commission, suspension or removal from the network.
