This policy explains how MAvision Affiliates checks who joins the network, watches for invalid traffic and deals with fraud.
1. Purpose and scope
MAVISION TECHNOLOGIES INTERNATIONAL - FZCO ("MAvision Affiliates", "we", "us" or "our") wants advertisers to pay for real results and publishers to be paid fairly. This policy explains how we check publishers and advertisers (know your customer, or KYC), how we find and handle fraud and invalid traffic, and what happens if someone breaks the rules. It applies to everyone with an account on the Platform and works with the Program Policies and the Terms of Service.
2. Who we check and when
We review every publisher application before approval.
We check advertisers before we list their offers.
We may check again later, for example before a first payout, when account details change, when payments or traffic look unusual, or when the law requires it.
3. What we may ask for
Individuals. A government-issued photo ID and proof of address.
Companies. The company registration certificate, proof of the registered address, and identity documents for directors and owners where needed.
Websites and channels. Access to review your site or channel, its content and where your traffic comes from.
Tax and payout details. Tax forms such as a W-9, or a W-8BEN or W-8BEN-E, and bank details in the name of the account holder.
Giving false, altered or incomplete documents is a serious breach. We keep these documents securely, limit access to the people who need them, and keep them only as long as the law or our anti-fraud checks require, as our Privacy Policy describes.
4. One account per person or company
Each person or company may hold one account. List all of your websites and channels in it. We check for duplicate accounts and do not approve them.
5. Sanctions screening
We do not onboard people or companies that appear on applicable sanctions lists, or that are in places where the law prevents us from doing business. We may screen applicants and account holders against those lists. We may also refuse or stop a payment that would breach sanctions or other laws.
6. How we find fraud and invalid traffic
Click and conversion validation. Each conversion is matched to a unique click ID and checked for invalid or duplicate activity.
Traffic monitoring. We watch for patterns such as click spikes, odd conversion rates, repeated activity from the same sources, and unusual locations.
Reports from others. We review reports from advertisers, Source Networks and the public.
Payment checks. We check that the bank account matches the name on the publisher account.
7. What we do when we find a problem
We may ask you for information about your traffic sources and promotion, and we expect a prompt and honest answer.
We may hold commission while we investigate.
We reverse commission on invalid or cancelled conversions.
We may remove you from an offer, suspend your account or end it.
We may recover commission that we already paid for invalid activity.
We may tell advertisers, Source Networks, banks or the authorities where we think it is needed or the law requires.
8. Your right to respond
If we act on your account, we will tell you why where the law allows. If you think we made a mistake, write to support@mavisionaffiliates.com and explain, with any evidence. We review every response, and we base our decisions on the evidence.
9. Suspicious activity and the law
We are not a bank, but we watch for suspicious activity and we may report it to the authorities where the law requires. We may not be able to tell you when we have done so.
10. Report fraud or abuse
If you see invalid traffic, misleading promotion or misuse of a brand, write to support@mavisionaffiliates.com with the subject line "Report abuse". We review every report.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page with a new date and, for material changes, tell you by email or in your dashboard.
