Publisher Agreement

Last updated: 14 October 2026

This agreement sets out the terms between MAvision Affiliates and each approved publisher. It applies together with the Terms of Service and the other documents it mentions.

1. Parties and documents

This Publisher Agreement is between MAVISION TECHNOLOGIES INTERNATIONAL - FZCO, licence no. 76024, DSO-IFZA, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("MAvision Affiliates", "we", "us" or "our") and the person or company approved as a publisher on the Platform ("you"). It starts when we approve your application.

This agreement, the Terms of Service, the Program Policies, the Payment and Payout Terms, the Anti-Fraud and KYC Policy, the Affiliate Disclosure Guidelines and the terms of each offer you join (together, the "Agreement") form one agreement. Words defined in the Terms of Service have the same meaning here.

2. Your role

We give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to promote the offers you are approved for, using the tracking links and creatives we make available. You are an independent contractor. Nothing in the Agreement makes you our partner, agent or employee, and you may not speak for us or for an advertiser, except by using approved creatives and wording.

3. Offers and approval

Some offers approve instantly. Others need approval from the advertiser and, where relevant, from a Source Network. The offer page tells you which.

Approval for an offer can be withdrawn at any time, for example if the advertiser ends the offer or if you break the rules.

Each offer has its own terms, including the commission model and rate, cookie window, allowed traffic, geographic targets and creatives. They are part of the Agreement. For the promotion of that offer, the offer terms take priority over the general Program Policies, but never over the law.

Offers and their terms can change or end. Changes apply to clicks made after the change is published, unless the offer says otherwise.

4. Tracking links

Use only the tracking links generated in your account and do not change them, except to add a sub-ID. A conversion can be credited to you only if it is matched to a click on your link inside the offer's cookie window. Tracking depends on factors we do not control, such as browser settings, ad blockers, devices and the advertiser's own tracking, so we cannot promise that every sale or lead will be credited.

5. Commission

You earn commission when a conversion is valid under the offer terms. A conversion moves through four statuses:

Pending. The conversion is recorded and waiting for validation.

Approved. The advertiser has validated it. It becomes payable once we have received the funds from the advertiser or its network.

Paid. We have sent the payout to you.

Reversed. The order was cancelled or returned, or the conversion was invalid.

Amounts shown as Pending are estimates and are not a promise of payment. How and when we pay is set out in the Payment and Payout Terms.

6. Your promotion

Follow the law, the Program Policies and the Affiliate Disclosure Guidelines wherever you promote.

Make only honest and accurate claims, and use only creatives and trademarks that are approved for the offer.

List every website and channel you use in your account, and add new ones before you promote on them.

You are responsible for your content and for the people you work with, including anyone who creates content or runs traffic for you.

7. Prohibited conduct

Fake or automated traffic, cookie stuffing, misleading promotion, unauthorised brand bidding and the other methods listed in the Program Policies are not allowed. If you use them, we may take the actions listed in the Program Policies and the Anti-Fraud and KYC Policy, including withholding or reversing commission and ending the Agreement.

8. Verification and your information

We may ask for identity or company documents, tax forms and payout details, and we may check them as the Anti-Fraud and KYC Policy describes. You agree to give accurate information and to keep it up to date. We may delay payment until the checks are complete.

9. Licences and intellectual property

You may use an advertiser's name, logos and creatives only to promote that advertiser's offer, in the way its rules allow. This right ends when the offer or the Agreement ends, and you must then remove those materials within a reasonable time, or sooner if we or the advertiser ask. You keep your own intellectual property. You allow us to show your name, logo, website or channel details and description on the Platform, including to advertisers.

10. Data protection

You are responsible for the notices and consent that the law requires on your own websites and channels, including cookie notices.

Do not put personal data, such as names or email addresses, into sub-IDs or links, and do not try to identify the people behind clicks or conversions.

We handle your data and visitor data as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

11. Confidentiality

The commission rates, offer terms, reports and other non-public information you see after you log in are confidential. Use them only to promote the offers, and do not share them without permission unless the law requires you to.

12. Records and cooperation

Keep reasonable records of how you promoted each offer, so that you can answer questions from us, an advertiser or a Source Network. If we investigate traffic or conversions, you agree to answer promptly and honestly, and to show us your sources of traffic when we ask.

13. Term and termination

The Agreement continues until it is ended. You or we may end it at any time by written notice. We may suspend or end it immediately in the cases listed in the Terms of Service, including fraud, invalid traffic, serious or repeated breaches and false information.

When the Agreement ends, you must stop using tracking links and creatives. Commission that was validly earned before the end is handled under the Payment and Payout Terms. We may withhold or reverse commission connected to a breach and recover commission already paid for it. The sections that by their nature should continue will do so.

14. Your promises

You promise that the information you gave us is true, that you own or control the websites and channels you listed, that you have the rights to your content, and that your promotion follows the law. You understand that we do not guarantee any income and that offers can end or change at any time.

15. Taxes

You are responsible for your own taxes. We do not give tax advice. We may ask for tax forms, and we may withhold tax from a payment if the law requires it.

16. Liability and indemnity

The limits on liability and the indemnity in the Terms of Service apply to this agreement. For a publisher, our total liability for all claims connected with the Agreement is limited to the commission we paid or owed to you in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim.

17. Changes

We may update this agreement. We will post the new version on this page with a new date and, for material changes, tell you by email or in your dashboard. If you keep promoting offers after the change takes effect, you accept it. If you do not agree, you can end the Agreement.

18. Governing law and disputes

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates that apply there. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute. Please write to us first so that we can try to resolve it.
