Program Policies

Last updated: 14 October 2026

These policies explain what promotion is welcome on MAvision Affiliates and what is not. They protect advertisers, visitors and honest publishers.

1. How these policies work

These Program Policies apply to every publisher and to everything you do to promote an offer, on any website, channel or traffic source. Each offer can also have its own rules, shown on the offer page. If an offer rule is stricter, follow it. If you are not sure whether something is allowed, ask us before you promote.

2. Promotion we welcome

We welcome real content for real people, such as:

articles, guides, reviews and comparisons based on honest research or experience;

coupon and deal websites that list valid, current offers;

newsletters sent to people who chose to receive them;

social media and video content from creators with genuine audiences;

other original websites and channels that we have approved in your application.

3. What is not allowed

The following are not allowed unless an offer clearly says they are allowed for that offer.

Fake or automated traffic. Fake clicks, leads, sign-ups or sales, including bots, scripts, click farms, and any other way of creating activity that is not from a real person with real interest.

Cookie stuffing and forced clicks. Setting tracking cookies without a deliberate click, including hidden, zero-size or stacked frames, automatic redirects, and loading links in the background.

Incentivised traffic. Paying, rewarding or giving points or cashback to people for clicking, signing up or buying.

Misleading promotion. False or exaggerated claims, fake or invented reviews and testimonials, fake urgency, misleading ads, and anything that pretends to be the advertiser or to be endorsed by it.

Brand misuse. Bidding on an advertiser's brand names or variations, using its trademarks in ads or domain names, and registering look-alike or misspelled domains.

Unwanted software and ads. Adware, toolbars and browser extensions that inject, replace or hijack links or coupon fields, and pop-ups or pop-unders that push people to an offer.

Spam. Unsolicited email, text messages, direct messages or comments, and the use of bought or rented lists.

Self-referral. Using your own links to earn commission on your own purchases or sign-ups, or on those of people acting for you.

Fake location or device. Using proxies, VPNs or tools to make traffic look as though it comes from a place or device that it does not.

False data. Sending false, purchased or incomplete personal details as leads.

4. Content we do not accept

Do not promote offers on websites or channels with content that is illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, harassing or violent, that promotes counterfeit or pirated goods or malware, or that is aimed at children under 13. Do not make misleading health or financial claims. We may decline or remove a website or channel for these reasons.

5. Paid search and social ads

Run paid ads for an offer only if its rules allow them.

Never bid on the advertiser's brand names, trademarks, domain names or close variations or misspellings of them, unless the offer says you may.

Do not show the advertiser's name or domain in your ad text or display URL unless the offer allows it.

Keep records of the keywords and ads you use, and share them if we ask.

6. Coupon and deal websites

List only codes and deals that are real, current and available to the people who see them.

Do not invent codes, show a deal that does not exist in order to win a click, or leave expired codes live.

Do not use extensions or scripts that replace another publisher's link at checkout.

7. Email and messaging

Send marketing messages only to people who agreed to receive them. Follow the laws that apply, including CAN-SPAM in the US and PECR and the UK GDPR in the UK. Use honest subject lines, say who is sending the message, include a working unsubscribe link, and respect opt-outs straight away.

8. Social media and influencers

Follow the rules of each platform, and disclose affiliate links as our Affiliate Disclosure Guidelines require. Do not use fake accounts, fake followers or bought engagement.

9. Sub-IDs and data

Use sub-IDs only to label your own traffic, for example by page or campaign. Do not put personal data in them, and do not try to identify the people behind clicks or conversions.

10. Geographic targets, creatives and trademarks

Promote an offer only in the countries it targets. Use only approved creatives, and do not change logos, colours or claims. Do not use an advertiser's trademarks in a way that suggests you are the advertiser.

11. How we enforce these policies

We monitor traffic and conversions, and we review reports from advertisers, Source Networks and the public. If we find a breach, we may:

give you a warning and ask you to fix the problem;

remove you from an offer or limit the way you can promote it;

hold commission while we investigate;

reverse commission on invalid conversions;

suspend or end your account;

recover commission that we already paid you for invalid activity;

tell advertisers, Source Networks or the authorities where we think it is needed or the law requires.

We base our decisions on the evidence we have. If you believe we made a mistake, write to us and explain, and we will review it.

12. Report a breach

If you see invalid traffic, misleading promotion or misuse of a brand, write to support@mavisionaffiliates.com with the subject line "Report abuse". We review every report.

13. Changes to these policies

We may update these policies to keep up with the law and with new risks. We will post the new version on this page with a new date and, for material changes, tell you by email or in your dashboard.
