These terms explain how commission is earned, approved and paid to publishers, and when it can be reversed.
1. Overview
These Payment and Payout Terms apply to publishers and form part of the Publisher Agreement. They are between you and MAVISION TECHNOLOGIES INTERNATIONAL - FZCO, licence no. 76024, DSO-IFZA, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("MAvision Affiliates", "we", "us" or "our"). Words defined in the Terms of Service have the same meaning here.
2. How commission is earned
You earn commission when a conversion that is matched to a click on your tracking link is valid under the offer terms. The commission model and rate for each offer are shown on the offer page after you log in. Your reports show each conversion with one of these statuses:
Pending. The conversion is recorded and waiting for validation.
Approved. The conversion is validated. It becomes payable once we have received the funds from the advertiser or its network.
Paid. The payout has been sent to you.
Reversed. The order was cancelled or returned, or the conversion was invalid.
Amounts shown as Pending are estimates. They are not a promise of payment.
3. Approval
The advertiser, and where relevant the Source Network, validates each conversion. Validation time differs from one advertiser to another. A conversion that is not valid under the offer terms earns no commission.
4. When commission becomes payable
We pay publishers only after both of these things have happened: the commission has been approved, and we have received the funds from the advertiser or its network. We do not pay commission from our own funds before we have received it.
5. Minimum payout and how to request it
The minimum payout is USD 50. Balances below this amount stay in your account until they reach it.
When your payable balance is at least USD 50, you can request a payout from your dashboard.
Before we pay, your identity or company details, payout details and tax information must be complete and verified.
We process an approved payout request within 10 business days.
6. Payment method and currency
We pay by bank transfer, in US dollars (USD).
The bank account must be in the name of the person or company that holds the publisher account. We may refuse a payment to an account in another name.
You are responsible for entering your bank details correctly. We are not responsible for a payment sent to the details you gave us.
Fees charged by your bank or by an intermediary bank, and any currency conversion by your bank, are your responsibility.
We are not responsible for delays or charges by banks or other parties outside our control.
7. Reversals and adjustments
Commission can be reversed, in full or in part, if:
the order is cancelled, returned or refunded, or a chargeback is made;
the conversion is invalid, duplicated or breaks the offer rules or the Program Policies;
the advertiser or the Source Network reverses or refuses to pay the conversion;
we find fraud or invalid activity.
If commission is reversed after we paid it, we may take the amount from your future payouts, or ask you to repay it.
8. Holds
We may hold or withhold a payment while we check for fraud or invalid traffic, complete verification, deal with a dispute, wait for funds from an advertiser or Source Network, or meet a legal duty. Where the law allows, we will tell you the reason.
9. Taxes and tax forms
We may ask for tax forms such as a W-9, or a W-8BEN or W-8BEN-E, depending on your country and status. You are responsible for your own taxes, and we cannot give tax advice. If the law requires us to withhold tax, we will deduct it from your payment. Amounts are exclusive of VAT or similar taxes, and we do not add them to commission unless the law requires it.
10. Closing your account
If your account closes and you have an approved balance of USD 50 or more that we have received funds for, we will pay it as these terms describe, unless it is affected by a breach or a reversal. If the approved balance is below USD 50, we will review it and may pay it at our discretion. We may withhold or reverse commission connected to a breach.
11. Questions and disputes
If you think a payment or a commission amount is wrong, tell us as soon as you notice, at support@mavisionaffiliates.com, and send your evidence. We will review it. Our records are the basis for payment unless there is a clear error.
12. Advertisers
Advertisers must pay approved commission and any agreed fees by the agreed dates, as set out in their written terms with us. We may pause an advertiser's offers if payment is late. Our duty to pay a publisher depends on receiving the related funds, as described above.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new date and, for material changes, tell you by email or in your dashboard. A change applies to commission earned after it takes effect.
