Privacy Policy

Last updated: 14 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data MAvision Affiliates collects, why we use it, who we share it with and what choices and rights you have.

1. Who we are

The Platform is run by MAVISION TECHNOLOGIES INTERNATIONAL - FZCO, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates (licence no. 76024), DSO-IFZA, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("MAvision Affiliates", "we", "us" or "our"). We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

This policy applies to people who visit our website, apply for or hold a publisher or advertiser account, contact us, or click a tracking link on the network. Words defined in the Terms of Service have the same meaning here.

Privacy contact: support@mavisionaffiliates.com, subject line "Privacy request". If we appoint a representative in the UK or the EU, we will publish their name and address in this section.

2. The personal data we collect

Account and application data. Your name, email address, phone number, country, company name and registration number, job title, websites and channels, traffic sources, and your password, which we store in encrypted form.

Verification and payment data. Identity or company documents, tax forms and tax details, and bank details for payouts.

Communications. Messages you send through our forms, by email or to support, and your account preferences.

Usage and device data. Your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, dates and times, and information from cookies, as our Cookie Policy describes.

Tracking data. When someone clicks a tracking link, we record a click ID, the time, the publisher, the offer, any sub-ID, the referring page, the device and browser type, and an approximate location based on the IP address. When an advertiser reports a conversion, we receive the click ID and details such as the time, order value and status. We do not need visitors' names or email addresses for tracking.

Data from others. Advertisers and Source Networks tell us whether conversions are approved, reversed or paid. We may also look at public information about your website or company when we review an application.

3. How we use personal data and our legal bases

Where UK or EU law applies, we need a legal basis to use personal data. These are our main uses and bases:

Run the Platform and your account , including approvals, dashboards, reports and support. Basis: performing our contract with you, and our legitimate interest in running the network.

Check applicants and prevent fraud , including identity checks, sanctions checks and reviews of traffic. Basis: our legal obligations and our legitimate interest in keeping the network safe and honest.

Track clicks and conversions and calculate commission. Basis: performing our contract with publishers and advertisers, and our legitimate interest in accurate reporting.

Pay publishers and keep financial records. Basis: performing our contract, and our legal obligations.

Communicate with you about your account, changes to our terms and security. Basis: performing our contract, and our legitimate interests.

Marketing messages to our own contacts. Basis: our legitimate interest or, where the law requires it, your consent. You can opt out at any time.

Measure and improve the website with analytics cookies. Basis: your consent.

Keep the Platform secure, and meet legal duties or defend legal claims. Basis: our legitimate interests and our legal obligations.

4. Visitors who click tracking links

People who click a publisher's tracking link do not have an account with us. We collect only the limited tracking data listed above, and we use it to credit the right publisher, to detect invalid or duplicate activity, and to report results to publishers and advertisers. We do not use it to build advertising profiles of individual visitors.

5. Who we share personal data with

Advertisers and Source Networks. We share publisher details, website or channel details, and tracking and conversion data that they need to approve publishers, validate conversions and pay commission.

Service providers that help us run the Platform, such as hosting, email, analytics, customer support, identity verification and banking providers. They may use the data only on our instructions.

Professional advisers , such as lawyers, accountants and auditors.

Authorities and other parties when the law requires it, to protect rights, safety and security, or to deal with fraud.

A buyer or successor if the business or its assets are sold or merged.

We do not sell personal data for money. For information about sharing for advertising purposes under US state laws, see our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page.

6. International transfers

We are based in the United Arab Emirates, and our providers, advertisers and Source Networks may be in the UK, the EU, the US and other countries. When we transfer personal data across borders, we use lawful safeguards, such as an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses (including the UK addendum), or another mechanism that the law allows. You can ask us for details.

7. How long we keep personal data

Account data stays while your account is active and for as long afterwards as we need it for legal claims, disputes and our records.

Identity documents and financial and tax records stay for as long as the law or our anti-fraud checks require.

Tracking data stays for as long as we need it to validate conversions, pay commission, handle disputes and check for fraud, and is then deleted or anonymised.

Cookie data stays for the periods set out in our Cookie Policy.

8. Security

Connections to the Platform are encrypted with SSL/TLS. Passwords are stored in encrypted form, never in plain text. Access inside our team is limited by role. Two-factor authentication is available for your account. We keep backups of platform data. No system is completely secure, so please protect your login details. If a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

access the personal data we hold about you and get a copy;

have inaccurate data corrected, and have data deleted;

restrict or object to our use of your data, including for direct marketing;

receive your data in a portable format;

withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on it;

opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and not be treated unfairly for using your rights, under US state laws.

To use a right, write to support@mavisionaffiliates.com with the subject line "Privacy request". We may ask you to confirm your identity. We reply within one month, or within 45 days where US law allows, and we may extend that period as the law permits. We do not charge a fee unless a request is clearly unfounded or excessive.

You can also complain to a data protection authority, such as the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK, the authority in your EU country, or the UAE Data Office. We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.

10. Marketing choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the link in the email. We will still send you service messages about your account, security and changes to our terms.

11. Cookies

Our Cookie Policy explains the cookies we use and how to manage them.

12. Children

The Platform is for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you think a child has given us personal data, please tell us and we will delete it.

13. Links to other sites

Publisher and advertiser sites, and sites reached through tracking links, have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for them.

14. Information for US residents

In the last 12 months we may have collected these categories of personal information: identifiers (such as name, email address, IP address and click ID); commercial information (such as conversion data); internet activity (such as clicks and referring pages); approximate location; professional information (such as company and website); and, for verification and payouts, government identification and financial account information. We use this information for the purposes in this policy. We use sensitive personal information only to verify accounts, prevent fraud and pay publishers. We do not sell personal information for money. For details about sharing and how to opt out, see our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page.

15. Changes to this policy
